Public Rentals

We offer our units to the public when the requested check-in date is within 60 days.  We require a two night minimum stay and a two night deposit at the time that the reservation is submitted.  This deposit is 100% refundable as long as the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date.    If you are interested in renting one of our two bedroom units and would like more information please contact Apple Valley Reservations at 800-656-2395.

Public Rental Rates are as follows:

Silver Season - $129.00 + tax per night plus sales tax and bed tax        Gold Season - $149.00 + tax per night plus sales tax and bed tax

Sales tax is 6.5%    Bed tax is 3%
