Apple Valley Resort is a unique vacation resort owned by its membership. We, the management, are not in the real estate business . . . we are in the "families on vacation" business. We intend to create the maximum level of services for those who own or visit Apple Valley Resort. The best way to do this is to sell the few remaining weeks as soon as possible. Since we are a "Floating Time" resort, we have weeks available for purchase in two seasons.

GOLD SEASON
 Mid Spring through Mid Fall (Recognized as Red weeks by RCI)

SILVER SEASON
Late fall through Early Spring (Recognized as Blue & White weeks by RCI)
